'Health care with smart ring' ZTACOM-eMedi Healthcare-Yonsei University cooperate to develop ring-type biosensor

It is expected that the digital healthcare era will be opened where the health status can be measured with a ring worn on the finger, and experts can help with management such as exercise and diet. ZTACOM and EMEDI Healthcare announced on the 29th that they would acquire a patent for 'diagnostic technology through non-contact biosignal measurement' from Yonsei University and promote joint research. The company plans to upgrade the function of the 'Vital Ring', a ring-shaped wearable device to be released in the first quarter of the new year, with Professor Jun-Sang Lee's research team at Yonsei University.
